Robert A. Crutchfield
Originally from Florida, Robert moved to Birmingham 31 years ago to pursue his goal of becoming an independent insurance agent specializing in Commercial, General Liability and Workmans Compensation. When not spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, he enjoys fishing, golf, motorcycles and bowling.

J. Steven Graves
Steven has three decades of experience in the insurance business and is vice president and co-owner of Crutchfield & Graves Insurance Agency. A graduate of the University of Alabama where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, he is a board member of First United Methodist Church. Steven and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters.

Stephen is a native of Cottonwood, Alabama and has more than 20 years of property and casualty experience. While he has worked with a variety of different industries, his specialty areas include construction, manufacturing and pest control. Stephen and his wife, Brandi, have one child, Brinley.
